How much does Scouting Cost?
Fees for the 2021-2022 Scouting year are $103 per Scout
Fee breakdown: BSA Membership Fee: $78/year, Far East Council: $12/year New Scout Fee: $25 one-time fee. BSA registration fees run concurrent with the calendar year (Jan-Dec), however our scouting program runs with runs with the school year. So if you are new to BSA you will pay the prorated fee of $6.50 per month for every month left in 2021 and the $78 for 2022.
Your Scout will also need a handbook and a uniform. These items can be purchased online please go to our uniform information page to see which items you should order. Some of these items can also be purchased second hand from the thrift shop.
